ILBA REGIONAL DIRECTORS //
In 2013, the ILBA Executive Board created statewide Regional Director positions to insure more efficient and effective member representation - both local and statewide. We expanded the Regional Directors to cover the 7 judicial areas in order to better serve the needs and concerns of all liquor licensees as well as the ILBA members.
The 7 Judicial Areas are covered by 5 Regional Directors who are also voting members of the Executive Board. They volunteer their time and knowledge to help you be informed in all areas of liquor concerns. Contact them for support, information and any membership needs.
Idaho licensees are boardered by 6 states and Canada. Makes for lots of interesitng issues and perspectives! JOIN US!
Whitney has been in the restaurant and bar industry for 24 years. She got her start in Boise at a little place called Sunrise Family Cafe. From there she worked herself into management rolls at Red Lobster, Chili's and The Reef. She eventually made her way up to norther Idaho, settling in Coeur d' Alene where she continued to manage various establishments until 2010 when she entered into a partnership and became a bar owner in Coeur d' Alene Idaho. In 2012, Whitney had the opportunity to relocate to scenic Harrison Idaho and purchase the legendary One Shot Charlies. Whitney's passion and knowledge of the industry keeps her constantly engaged as President of Harrison Chamber and her husband on the City Council. Whitney lives in Harrison with her husband and two beautiful children. Region 2 covers the 5 counties: Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis, and Nez Perce in Region 2.
Wes' knowledge of the bar and restaurant business is legendary having owned and built, sold and operated several Boise restaurants and bars: Montego Bay, Tilted Kilt and Tap & Cask. Not one to sit quietly for long, Wes continues to expand with restaurants and bars in other states as well as Idaho. As President of W Harris, G.C.S., Inc, his organizational and governmental contracting service, Wes continues to stay busy with multi-state concerns that take him to other locations, but his heart is here in Idaho. Wes can help you find a solution to pretty much any problem. Wes covers 4 counties: Valley, Boise, Ada, and Elmore counties.
Ross has been in the alcohol business for 30 years. He has owned and sold several businesses, such as Duffy's Tavern and Center Street Bar & Grill in Pocatello. His current project is the First National Bar and Grill. Ross is actively involved in organizing the Meals on Wheels golf tournament for SEICAA. He is a member of Bannock Civitans and is the host of the 2nd annual First National Bar charity golf event. He is considered a great boss by his employees and always willing to go the extra mile for the underdog. Ross covers 6 counties: Bannock, Bear Lake, Caribou, Franklin, Oneida, and Power in Region 6.

Jefferson is the owner/operator of Huck-n-Finns Sports Bistro in Emmett, Idaho. Jefferson is a graduate of the University of Idaho with a degree in communications, public relations and marketing as well as a second generation member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity. He is active in the Gem Co Chamber as past President, VP Gem Co Economic Development, Trustee Emmett School Board, and 3 year Emmett City Councilman. Jefferson is a volunteer coach with local student sports. An all-around sports enthusiast, he doesn't believe anyone can own too many bikes or motorcycles! He enjoys skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. Jefferson covers 6 counties: Adams, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, and Washington in Region 3.
Joe activily operates Jakers Bar & Grill in Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, Pocatello and Meridian. Joe has been in the hospitality business for decades managing and owning his share of restaurants. As an active partner with Jake Jones, you may even catch Joe cooking in the kitchen of one of his wonderful restaurants. Joe is always available to help you with restaurant and bar management concerns as well as membership needs. Joe covers 8 counties: Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls in Region 5.

Joe is alway available to help you with membership needs and bar management concerns. Joe's wife, Gari, is equally involved with their business and a huge help with all matters and concerns. Feel free to contact either DeBoard for information and help. Region 7 covers 10 counties: Lemhi, Custer, Butte, Clark, Fremont, Jefferson, Madison, Teton, Bingham, Bonneville counties.
